Who I am.
I started my first business, Bliss Flow Yoga, on a shoestring budget, learning valuable lessons about how to achieve big dreams. With limited resources, my business was featured in the NY Times and I organically grew a strong email and social media following — eventually selling my business. I’ve launched businesses and worked in the diverse fields of food, wine and beauty. I’d love to bring my ‘start-up’ mindset to your organization!
What I do.
I love to help grow a brand through good storytelling, strategic marketing and creativity. I’m also a Certified Sommelier who grew up around food and wine as the daughter of two chets. I currently live in the Willamette Valley of Oregon with my horses, Espresso and Romeo. In my downtime, you’ll find me discovering new indie wineries, rolling out my yoga mat or digging in the dirt on our small farm.
